This tour is a combination of 04 different Desert Biomes; The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in the Arid Savanah Biome, Augrabies Falls National Park in the Nama Karoo Biome, Namaqualand in the Succulent Karoo Biome and West Coast National Park in the Fynbos Biome. Kgalagadi is a great wildlife and scenic park with species adapted to survive in this tough environment. Except for the Augrabies Falls, Augrabies Park is a scenic park with impressive rocky desert landscapes with wildlife. In Namaqualand and the West Coast, once a year in spring, after good winter rains, dusty plains and sandveld change into an unimaginable kaleidoscope of colour. This spectacle lasts only for about a month before all the colour disappear before the hot sun and the warm winds which come with early summer.
